Hilton Garden Inn Orlando at SeaWorld

My experience here was truly amazing! I was away from home but would’ve never known!! This place really takes good care of its guests and it was always clean and taken care of. One lady in particular really made my whole trip worth it! Andre made this place stand out with her above and beyond customer service, any time I had an issue she took care of it. Any time I saw other guests be really rude she handled it extremely well. She made this place feel like home away from home! My trip wouldn’t have been the same without her! Very grateful! Thank you all for an amazing stay!

Great location if you’re planning on visiting Seaworld, just a short walk to park entrance. If you’re in town for conference it’s about a half hour walk to conference center. The restaurant is not a full restaurant and not gluten free friendly. Rooms are geared towards conference attendees, with only one office chair and one wingback comfortable chair, this seems at odds with its location near a family attraction. The room is a good size, but in need of updating. Microwave is very small, not large enough for a bag of microwave popcorn. The refrigerator was preset to a temperature that froze our fresh fruit. Bathroom was adequate, however I was unable to turn on tub faucet, after getting help to turn it on, I had to leave a steady stream of water running otherwise I would need help to turn it on for each shower since it needed to be cranked down so tightly in order to not run. From the room and even loader outside there was a high pitched whining, perhaps from air conditioning unit? I was able to enjoy beautiful sunrise each morning , a great start to each day!

As a team member, I have to say that this hotel was very clean. The fire pit was amazing at night. The jacuzzi was nice. It's a little chilly. I didn't get in there, but it was nice. I put my feet in there. Michelle, the server at breakfast, was amazing. Stephanie at the front desk went above and beyond to try to get me an early check-in, which she accomplished. She also got me a late checkout. Everyone was completely nice. The hotel is nice and clean, and all the staff was amazing.

Not to bad of a hotel. Room was clean Room was decent And we had zero problems with a service animal the bad: The thick heavy duty blinds were removed so light shined in all room 322 night. Definitely need to have that changed before next guest. Like trying to sleep while stadium lighting shines in and illuminates everything. But everything else was great. Went to universal studios 10mins away Uber there and back was cheaper than universal parking charge .

The only negatives was the hotel was a little noisy- big city location, lots going on, helicopters, etc. and the bar closed early one night. Other than that I would highly recommend staying. Nice rooms, bar on site, nice pool, very close to the convention center if you are doing something there and close to lots happening on International drive- all for good priced rooms.

We found this hotel a very nice and comfortable to stay, the room is clean as what all guests always wanted. The staff at the reception area are very friendly. The bartender on the other hand is very nice and communicative.The pool is open until 11pm as well as the bar.And the good thing it is open to public. They’ve got spa. You can come and hang out with your family and friends and order foods with couple of drinks. We definitely be coming back here. Highly recommend.

I’m here to show my gratitude for the front desk people!! Two Amazon packages were sent by accident to the hotel and the three people that I talked on the phone went out of their way to help me returning those packages. I was not even a guest and they helped me. That shows how great they are and I am sure that they are like that with the guests. I will for sure you stay in the hotel when I visit Orlando.

I almost cancelled my stay because of the negative reviews of this location but I saw a social media video of a lady who had a great experience, so I decided to stay and submit photos for support. I am so happy I stayed at this hotel, and I will try and address some of the concerns people had that they did not support with pix. The grounds are beautiful, and the hotel appears to be well kept from the outside. The location is a stone's throw from SeaWorld and would be a short walk. They have a shuttle which I did not use so I can't speak to that experience. It was also very easy to get to Disney, Universal, and the airport. I couldn't have selected a better location. The lobby was clean and welcoming. Some reviews mentioned an aroma. I think in this area I only smelled a very slight bleachy aroma once, but it was barely noticeable. The area around the elevators did have a cleaning solution smell most of the time but it is right across from the bathrooms. The staff was frequently cleaning the area as well so the smell seemed logical and it was not intrusive at all. My room was 211 and faced east, towards SeaWorld. I was too low to see anything interesting and there was a tree in the way. I kept the curtain closed anyway. Climate control worked well. The furniture was in good repair. Bathroom was clean and also in good repair. People reviewed items that are worn out but I had to look for anything that appeared worn and the only thing I found was the front end of the bathroom vanity. It is wood and it is FL, in a bathroom with no vent so it may get more moisture, and it is a high wear area where people would rub up against it. I didn't think anything of it. I took a photo behind the TV and showing the corner of the bed to show the clean bedding. There are a fridge and microwave, a Keurig (which may need a cleaning), and a TV, all worked well. I stayed there from Weds eve to Sunday morning and was there throughout the day working in my room and left in the evening, so I declined all housekeeping services during my stay. I had a lot of interactions with the desk and restaurant staff and they were all great. People were more very polite and helpful. The clientele early in my stay was mostly business professionals there for a conference nearby with more families coming in on the weekend. The only noise I heard during my stay was the group in the room that adjoined mine. They were a bit loud, but I don't blame the hotel for a rude traveling party. I had a rate through SeaWorld vacations, and I paid less than $150 a night and that price included my park perks including admission, parking, discounts, etc. The price was extremely reasonable. I checked the regular rates through Hilton and they were comparable. I am a Hilton Honors member with frequent stays with this being my 5th property in the last 2 weeks. I hadn't ever seen such hot and cold reviews with so little support, so I wanted my review to be beefy to support my fabulous experience. Downsides: The bed was not uncomfortable. Someone else described it as a cheap mattress, I would agree. The first night I was miserable but after that, I slept ok. I took off the scratchy bed spread-type thing so that may have helped. There is an area where the cleanliness fell short and that is the windows and sills in the dining room. I checked multiple days and nothing changed so I am mentioning it here. I would absolutely stay at this property again and would recommend it to anyone going to the area.
